SEVEN WAYS TO PRAY AND GET ANSWERS


There are things that needs to be present when praying, that will command speedy answers.

1. Pray to God as your Father: You must approach God as your father not as a friend nor as 
a brother nor as a wicked God (John 16:23)

2. Pray with the name of Jesus: as a stamp over your prayer, for it is the only name that controls the heart of the father. (John 14:12-13)

3. Pray by the Holy Spirit: This involves two types of prayer
a) Praying by Understanding; is a type of prayer which is prayed in English.
b) Praying with No-understanding; is a type of prayer which is prayed in tongues. (Romans 8:26, 1Corinthians 14:14-15) 

4. Pray with full understanding of right and privilege. This means understanding whom you are in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

5. Praying in harmony of the word: When praying you should hook up your prayers with a scripture proving your right over that issue. "1John 5:14 This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us." now what is the Will? It is the word of God.

6. Pray in faith: (James 1:6). For without faith it is impossible to please God. (Hebrews 11:1-6).

7. Pray with praise and thanksgiving for the answers. (Philippians 4:6)
